joya999 VIP — Play Regularly, Enjoy Weekly Cashback
The joya999 VIP program is structured across three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback increases at each tier, and the benefits get better as you move up.
Three Tiers, Three Levels of Benefits
Any member who joins the joya999 VIP program starts automatically at the Bronze tier. With regular play, it is possible to reach Silver and then Gold. Each tier offers more cashback than the one below it.
The start of the VIP journey. Earn up to 0.3% cashback on your net weekly losses. This tier is open to all new members.
Play regularly and you can move up from Bronze to Silver. The cashback rate at this tier is more than double — up to 0.7%.
The highest tier in joya999 VIP. Gold members receive up to 1.0% cashback every week and enjoy the most benefits.
How Weekly Cashback Works
At the end of each week, joya999 subtracts a VIP member's total winnings from their total losses for that week. This difference is called the net loss. Cashback is calculated on this net loss at the rate set for the member's tier.
Say a Silver member's total losses minus total winnings for a week come to ৳20,000. At the Silver rate (0.7%), their cashback would be: ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140. That ৳140 is returned to their account for that week.
This example is for illustration only — the actual cashback each member receives will vary depending on their playing style and activity.
How to Move Up to the Next Tier
Tier upgrades in joya999 VIP do not depend on a specific number or amount. The platform automatically evaluates each member based on their consistency and level of engagement.
